What is useful to send

• A correction. If a published specification here does not match the listing it cites, tell us which page and what it should say. This is the most useful message we get.
• A steamer we have missed. Particularly one from a brand we could not verify — several are named on the brand hub as pages we have not built for exactly that reason.
• A fabric question we have not answered. The fabric guide covers fourteen fabrics and there are plainly more.
• A disagreement. If you think our linen verdict is wrong, say why — that page in particular is the one we most want to be right about.

What we cannot help with

• Warranty claims or repairs. We do not sell these products. Contact the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from.
• Order or delivery problems. Those belong to Amazon, not to us.
• Sponsored placement or paid links. We do not accept them, as the disclosure page sets out.
